Softball Walks All Over Compton for Tenth Straight Victory

El Camino College only tallied three hits but drew 10 walks and had two hit batters en route to a 10-1 run-rule road victory over Compton College on Tuesday afternoon.

The Warriors got hits from Annie Adamos, Alyssa Wing and Jazmyn Sancen and it's all they would need as the team drew 10 walks from Compton starter Ray-Ann Rudon to score 10 times including a six-run third inning.

Maisie Weishoff picked up the win in the circle as she went three innings and allowed one unearned run on two hits. She recorded two strikeouts. Ma'Kylah Smith closed the door on the win, tossing two scoreless innings while striking out three.

The Warriors will return to action Wednesday afternoon as they hit the road to take on Chaffey in a make-up game of their March 13 game, which was rained out. First pitch is set for 1 p.m.
