Bio
Kacy Turner-Thompson could possibly be called the greatest player in the ECC Water Polo program’s history. Turner-Thompson played two seasons with the Warriors and left as the top all-time single season and career goal-scorer in ECC history. As a freshman, she scored 77 goals for the Warriors which ranked as the second best single-season total in program history. As a sophomore in 2006, Turner-Thompson would flirt with a triple-digit scoring season, ultimately finishing with 98 goals to cement her name at the top of the ECC record books. Her 175 career goals also rank at the top of the all-time list, 20 goals better than the next leading scorer. She also remains the only Warriors player to record more than 90 goals in a season. Turner-Thompson earned All-South Coast Conference honors in both seasons with the Warriors and was also a scholar athlete. She is also currently tied for the most points scored in a single game by a Warriors player with 11 goals.
