Bio
Kayla Bibb played in 51 career games over two seasons for El Camino College. She averaged 14.5 points per game and 8.5 rebounds per game with 1.5 steals per game for her career. Her sophomore season was outstanding as she averaged a double-double with 16.4 points and 10.3 rebounds a game. Bibb helped lead the Warriors to back-to-back South Coast Conference titles and to the 3C2A Regional Final in 2018 where the Warriors came up one win short of advancing to the 3C2A State Championships for the first time in program history. It remains the furthest the Warriors have advanced in the postseason in recorded history. Bibb finished her career as the all-time leader in career field goal percentage (51.4 percent), the only player in ECC history to have a percentage over 50 percent for her career. She is also one of four players in recorded history to average double-digit rebounds (10.3) in a single season, ranking fourth in the ECC record book. Bibb was named to the 3C2A All-State Team as a sophomore and was named to the South Coast Conference-South Division Player of the Year in 2018. Bibb would go on to transfer to Cal State San Bernardino where she played 50 games over two seasons, making 49 starts. She was a two-time All-California Collegiate Athletic Association selection as she averaged 10.9 points and 8.2 rebounds per game, shooting 49.6 percent for her career with the Coyotes.
