"I'm exuberant about the opportunity to lead the women's flag football program," said Hall. "I'm committed to establishing the pathway our community's young women deserve in the continued development of women's sports. I am very thankful for this opportunity."

Hall brings more than 20 years of community-college coaching and teaching experience, along with several years mentoring athletes in youth and high-school sports. A former football and track-and-field athlete at Long Beach City College and UCLA, Hall earned All-American honors in track and field at UCLA.

His long tenure in the California community college system has established him as a respected educator, mentor, and program builder.

"As the first head coach of the El Camino women's flag Football program, I am committed to cultivating a championship culture that empowers female athletes, advances leadership opportunities, and sets a new standard for excellence within community-college athletics," Hall added.

A proud South Bay community member, Hall resides in Hawthorne with his wife Adrienne, their two sons; Jett (11) and Beau (6), and dog Zeus.
