Torrance, Calif. - Despite four shots, including two on goal, by freshman Marcos Ambriz, the men's soccer team (0-5-1) dropped a 1-0 contest to Oxnard on Friday.
The two teams battled to a scoreless first half before Oxnard scored in the 83rd minute. Freshman goalie Cesar Amezcua earned a best eight saves for the Warriors.
