Badminton Drops Pair of Matches This Week in San Diego

SAN DIEGO, Calif. --- El Camino College made a trip to San Diego this week to take on San Diego Mesa and San Diego City.

On Wednesday, the Warriors fell 21-0 at San Diego Mesa. The team quickly turned around and faced San Diego City on Thursday, where they suffered an 11-7 defeat.

Despite the loss, Anya Gore had a good day against the Knights as she went 4-0 in her singles and doubles matches.

Montila Winyaworapon also had a great outing against the Knights as she was 3-1 in her matches on the day.

The Warriors will return to action on Friday, March 21 when they host East Los Angeles at the Manhattan Beach Badminton Club.
