Badminton Defeats East Los Angeles

MONTEREY PARK, Calif. --- El Camino College scored a 14-7 victory over East Los Angeles on Thursday at ELAC.

Anya Gore and Montila Winyaworapon both went 4-0 on the day, sweeping both of their singles and doubles matches to lead the way for the Warriors.

Shanaya Shaj also had a standout performance for ECC as she went 3-1 on the day with every player in the Warriors lineup contributing at least one point.

The Warriors will return to action on Wednesday, April 23 against San Diego City in the final match of the regular season at the Manhattan Beach Badminton Club.
